It was a great value for me because I had the parts here to fix the printer and get it running no problem. Shipping was really fast, especially for the size of the package.

I had to get it fixed so the mouse can work wirelessly. Till then I was using the mouse without it being wireless. Just as disappointing to us that we could not help you, Im not sure why you would keep something that did not work as intended and then complain after the fact. Im hoping you never order food out that is rotten and would cause you to be sick with out sending it back. But if so, it is what it is.
