I contacted the seller and they told me I had to get in touch with you to get a return label so I could send them back they said they were sorry but they couldn't do anything . The original listing shows photos of the chips on the rim of the bowls and the description called out the chips. We encouraged the buyer to initiate a return through eBay in order to adhere to the terms and conditions we are held to as sellers. However, the buyer threated a negative review in order to exploit a complete refund and not returning the bowls.

Fortunately, once I did open it, I was very pleased by this Corning Ware. The roaster is narrower than I thought it would be, but it’s still perfect. It was shipped promptly, wrapped securely. Thank you for another positive eBay experience.
