I actually received what was pictured (serial numbers matched). It was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a padded envelope - would have preferred a box. It works! Was able put wife's library on it, battery lasts a while. We connected it to our car for a recent trip - worked well. Hers was stolen, so it was nice to have a decent replacement. It arrived bubble wrapped and in a padded envelope. Ordered Thursday and received Saturday — overall, super happy with the seller!
