Laptop is exactly as advertised, arrived quickly and securely - and for $350 CAD??? I honestly feel a bit like I robbed the seller with this quality! I also don't think I'll need new bubble wrap any time soon, which is always a nice bonus. Very good experience! Would 100% buy from this seller again.

Model is 10 years old, & mine worked for about a week before something wore out & it became nonfunctional. I returned it & the seller refunded me almost as soon as it arrived back, with my only expense being a new box & packaging since I didn't keep the old. I'm not happy with the product & don't recommend it, but the customer service is good.
