I still need to take off the screen cover that came on it. I'm hoping not to have a surprise. The appearance does appear to be used only because of the screen cover that came on it. The value is worth it because instead of the lowest storage, I actually received the highest. Overall the appearance is good aside from the same things I mentioned above.

The S24 Ultra had no visible dents or scratches except for a one small one on the rim of the back camera lens. However, I be putting my phone in a phone case which that scratch will never be seen. The shipping was fast, but I didn't receive it overnight. The value of the condition of the phone I received probably couldn't be beat by anyone else. This seller will be my go to for any future cell phones for my family and I.

The body of the phone is in immaculate shape, the cameras are unreal, and the display of this phone is the best hands down ( the sames display as the s25 ultra). I would say the only thing that slightly disappointed me was the small scratches it has on the screen, but they did give me a 1TB version and originally ordered a 512gb version so I can't be too upset. Also, once I added a high-quality screen protector, the scratches are pretty much gone.

All of the phones we have ever purchased including this one was in better condition than described! Why pay $1200 for a phone you can get for $200 or less?? Shipping was done through FedEx and it came in 2-3 days!! The phones was packed in a nice box so it wouldn't be damaged in transport and it even came with a new charger and wall plug.
