I know for a fact there were no dents in ANY of our candles before they shipped out, we double check that before we wrap them AND these were boxed so unless they were crushed in transit, then I can file a USPS claim. Not every candle comes off the retail shelf with the inside cardboard disk. I rarely see them as customers when smelling them remove them, etc in the store. You are welcome to return them, we offer free returns. Check DM?
