Start Fitness delivered 3 days after placing my order, sadly it was a pair of trainers & not the bike lock I ordered. The customer service staff I had dealings with were most helpful. They sent a free returns label for the trainers; I had to wait until that return was processed before they sent my correct order hence the protracted delivery time. The bike lock is good, exactly as described, a strong, solid lock at a competitive price.

I was able to send some trainers back that I bought for my husband, unfortunately they were too big for him, so I contacted the company who said it was OK to return and resend him a size smaller, there was also all the information I required in a letter format which came with the trainers. It was all sorted out very quickly, and I was very much impressed with the polite communication and tracking of my parcel. It couldn't have gone any better. great job T Y.
