My address is fine, so I contacted the seller and ask what the issue was. Seller now states that shipping was too high. Seller said shipping charge was $14 (final auction price was $10, free ship). The auction was for 3 banknotes, very light weight and could be sent anywhere in the US with a first class stamp. Ebay only gave me one way to cancel was problem with shipping address.
