The case came with a broken latch, and now that the value of the guitar has gone up 20X, I decided to pursue fixing that latch. After a year or 2 of searching, Banana Guitars posted a Lifton hardware set, with latches, hinges, and a key. The latch was an exact replacement, and the big bonus was that the key was for the same lock as my case! Now I have a complete set, original guitar and locking case!
