I set it up as a separate numpad and it has trouble registering them as numpad keystrokes when the window is not on focus. Using my regular numpad doesn't have that issue. When the window is focused, it will work 80% of the time. I haven't tested it wired (which should, in theory, fix the issue), but the reason I got this item was for it to be used wirelessly. Used in Windows 10.

They work like new and they’re warranty like new. I had several conversations with HuionCustomer Service and they were so friendly unhelpful.
