The item had internally bent lenses and broken rear rack gear but it can be easily fixed with replacement parts. However it is not easy to find the replacement parts as the item is not produced anymore. To return it, will cost more than the broken parts. Also, as it is similar to ETC S4 zoom profile, it has a 90° off reflector housing assembly defective from the manufacturer that needs fixing.
