The colour is slightly darker than the photo but not by much. It is thicker than I thought it would be as I only wanted a thin jacket for the night time in the summer/spring, but that isn't a bad thing either. There is an inside pocket which would have been nice if it was zipped or buttoned but it is still a welcome addition. It looks stylish and the inside lining is a silky material, adding to the quality.
