Item should have been delivered direct to me, I was informed by GLS France the parcel was delivered to a relay point 11km away. I went there on the next day and it wasn't there, 2 days later, still not there, several days later informed it was being returned to Italy. Trenticam to the rescue !! They chased GLS Italy, & 20 days later I picked it up at the relay point. Trenticam 10 GLS France 0
