They determined the card was "Authentic" but trimmed, which was not mentioned in the listing description allowing ebay to give me the option to decline the order. I did and received a full refund. The exact message we received from the authenticator was " I verified that your item is authentic. The card received is "factory cut short" which we have no control over, nor would we have known or sold the card as is unless we had the card previously graded. No where is the word 'trimmed' used by the authenticator as we do not knowingly sell trimmed cards. Thank you.
