When I tried installing the other 2 I would get two screws on one side in, but the the holes for the other two didn't line up. Messed around with it for 10-15 mins trying different orientations. It wasn't till I laid the radiator on it's side that I realized what the problem was.....it was bent! Holding one end flat against the table you could see the end with the hoses slope away from the table. This buyer previously returned a motherboard with clearly damaged CPU socket pins, for which only a partial refund was issued. Leaving negative feedback here appears retaliatory and unfair, as the cooler was not defective. Feedback should reflect the actual item, not frustration over a deduction from previous order. Thanks.

No CPU cover or attempt to protect it and three pieces of packing paper to hold it all together. I brought this up to the seller and they were accepting of constructive criticism. I’m a regular buyer from them regardless of the small set backs.
