The item was in immaculate condition, as stated, and had always been kept on display in a glass cabinet. It was not covered in dust, nor did it have scuffed paintwork or broken parts when sent.It’s clear the buyer was looking for a discount after the fact. I believe the claims were exaggerated to pressure a partial refund. When I offered a full refund upon return, which is fair and standard, it was refused.
