It didn't take long for shipping, it was packaged very well to prevent any damage and the part was exactly as described. It worked perfectly and fit great with my food processor. Once I got it, the component input on input #2 did not function correctly. Messaged the seller & he offered for me to return which I declined because these are so hard to come by. I then asked for a partial refund & he refunded me $20 on my $120 + shipping order. Very frustrating that it was not fully working as described, but leaving positive feedback since he refunded me some money.
