I had bought a different one from a different seller at the same time as this one which came without the mounting plate which I didn't need. Comparing the 2, the other one had a internal locking provision for the phone charger which "locks" the charger in securely. This item does not have the locking aspect on the inside like the other one which makes it pull out easy and is not secure at all.
