The racks/pushers are a medium plastic as expected at this price and their description/photos but well packed and arrived intact (I know some people have had issues with breakage on these type sets in general). Everything was included as listed. The neoprene case has a bit of padding. Tiles are of nice quality. Great first set at a good price. Would recommend
