This is my mistake for not studying the listing better. But listing also states that only 2 plates are chipped. If you found additional damage you can file a claim with fedex as they were shipped insured

The product we shipped blemish free as the pictures in the posting show. We stand behind our items as can be evidenced clearly from our reviews. Though the item was shipped with a no return policy we still refunded the money. Not sure exactly what else we could have done..
