The moisture condition of the mortar upon arrival is always perfect. This is due to the great care they take in packing the product to minimize evaporation. Appearance was great and everything was double bagged. I hope I need more items that this seller sells because they care. Inside my package was a packing slip with a handwritten thank you that addressed me by name and said how appreciative they were for my business.
