I payed an additional charge for 1st class post (2nd class was free) and they took that and sent it 2nd class anyway. Sent them a message and no response in over 24 hours, clearly all they care about is making a bit of extra profit and hoping that people won't notice or that people can't be bothered to ask them for a refund. We did agree with them that we had made a mistake and accidently sent this 2nd class when they paid for 1st class however the buyer did not think this was a good enough response. We also want to note the card still arrived before the latest estimated date so we delivered in te time frame and would of issued the refund for the shipping
