Supplier re-confirmed it was new, but a screw was broken off visibly from exterior. I opened it up to find fingerprints on heat sink paste, water damage/ residence from cleaning and insufficient heat sink putty on both main GPUs. I could have assumably returned the item for a refund, but wanted to make sure a truthful review gets shared as this is a blatant misadvertisement or poor verification (twice) on seller.
