The item was posted through the letterbox Saturday morning and the dog barked, so there never was a need for an answer. The customer was in and the dog didn't bark when there was "no answer" recorded on Wednesday. I asked for a redelivery on Friday. Thursday there was "no answer" yet no delivery was attempted. Friday came and went with nothing.
