I sent an email as I could never get an answer to my phone calls. Eventually they replied to my email suggesting I should return the remote control for examination.I returned an email stating how would I use the recorder in the mean time without a remote control. Perhapsthey should have supplied a replacement automatically

I have not fully tested all aspect of recorder but what I have works as it should. Replacement remote control works as it should but is a cheap version compared to Sony remote. Would buy again from this seller 5*

The player works like new and is very smooth. I would still recommend this seller to buy from.
