Just installed I am impressed with it's quiet running , very simple to set up , it's early days yet to give a opinion of how good it runs The only thing that was unclear in the instructions was at what depth the filter needed to be placed , pleasing appearance , new from sealed box , best price I could find

On arrival the tub was quite badly damaged with a lot of the contents spilled out. It didn’t seem as if appropriate packaging had been used. I contacted them about this and have had great communication from them where they offered a partial refund. As I had managed to scoop most of it up, this wasn’t necessary but I appreciated the offer and how well they communicated with me. I would definitely come back for my next supply 👏
