The seller was very helpful, sent return label right away and refunded as soon as received the keyboard. I bought another one in the meantime from them, arrived in excellent condition. Unfortunately I tried contacting the seller immediately after I placed the order, as I changed my mind about the layout of the keyboard, but he never replied to me and the order got shipped only a few hours after I placed it, when I was hoping for a reply, so the option to cancel it had already disappeared.
