Contacted the vendor about the problem and they issued a refund to cover the cost of a replacement fan and thermal paste. The shipping was prompt and the packaging appropriate. Aside from the hardware fault, which the vendor corrected, the item arrived as described. Overall a positive experience with a professional vendor.

Came fully wrapped with bubble wrap and taped shut very protected. I check out the ipad and it looks even better than it was described and in the photos! I ran into a issue with the Ipad where it was locked from some hospital and i was unfortunately unable to log into my personal email I message the seller quickly and he responded in the most respectful way and helped me. Now it works perfectly no lock!!!
