I wouldn't be able to tell if it was used. Physically, the drive was in perfect condition. It's sitting in my external HDD dock while I transfer stuff to it and works great.

Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!
