Drive was in mint condition with no scratches around the screw holes and no physical dents. SMART attributes were wiped in the factory. Added to my UnRAID server and ran a pre-clearing cycle resulting in no SMART errors.

The GHD team are helpful answering questions pre-sales, and warranty replacements are smooth if you need them. I bought these two factory recertified disks, backed by GHD with a 5yr warranty, for use in a new NAS. The disks have the WD-applied factory recertified stickers, and the first disk just completed a 24 hour SMART Complete Test (Tests the electrical and mechanical properties of the disk, and the full disk surface), zero errors found.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered 4 hard drives, and each one was securely wrapped and arrived in excellent condition, looking practically new. Unfortunately, one drive had bad sectors, but the seller’s response was fast and professional. Had a replacement drive in no time.
