They did give me a refund (twice for two attempts to buy), but ended up wasting a month of my time. They are waiting to take advantage of the lazy buyer who doesn't bother to question why they never received their part. Buyer beware!

Was over a week late from the original estimated delivery date and the seller just decided to refund my money with no explanation of why or what happened. Steer clear.
