When the item arrived, it happened to be the wrong one, honest mistake. After leaving a message, the owner of the company called me and personally took care of the situation. What great customer service! It took no time to receive the replacement and it was exactly as described! I would definitely do business with Command Communications in the future and hope you will too!

I have tried to do this through EBAY message and was told that everything I should have is in my radio which would mean the radios sent was modified, which is now what I purchased. When I purchased the radio they called me on the phone to make sure I knew what I was spending $1000 on which if it was the correct radio I did.
