Seller said he included in description that the item was in fair condition but the item looked very good in the EBay picture. Why would I think that when it arrived that it would look like a cat’s claws got to it? I’ve bought at least 50 items from other sellers and never had this experience. Listing also says to inspect photos for condition and to ask questions, buyer admitted that they did neither. Offered for buyer to return and they said, "Not going to do that"
