Ask to cancel order on 4/3 since not shipped and ebay told me seller refused. On 4/22 filed a "did not receive" with ebay. Just got a refund today. Why this seller did not ship or reply to me is a mystery. Why they didn't cancel if they hadn't sent is also a mystery. Over a month waiting for something is crazy. I do not recommend this seller. I am thankful that ebay was able to help.
