It took a while to get the return label. I had to contact the seller multiple times without a timeline for replacement, only that they would get to it in a couple weeks. We have NUMEROUS messages back and forth proving this. All our equipment goes through a 17 point bench check before shipping. We have filed a police report on this buyer, and are going to sue him as well.
