The customer service spoke in two sentences at a time that did not sound complete or accurate and continue to ask me for things I already sent them.

This seller has the worst customer service and because they are so desperate to sell items they don’t care about the quality or packaging. Instead of Simply cancelling the order they want me To receive the item then go through the hassle of taking off work, taking it to the post office and shipping the item back to them at my expense, which is a scam all in itself.
