One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.

I’m very impressed with the quality, appearance, and value of these drives. The seller truly cares. I’ll definitely buy from them again!
