They were also shipped very well, although 5 drives in a 30 drives box is a bit of a waste of shipping resources. Only bad thing would be customs fees that weren't communicated on ebay, so I got a surprise bill to pay that was higher than I thought.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered 4 hard drives, and each one was securely wrapped and arrived in excellent condition, looking practically new. Unfortunately, one drive had bad sectors, but the seller’s response was fast and professional. Had a replacement drive in no time. I’m very impressed with the quality, appearance, and value of these drives. The seller truly cares. I’ll definitely buy from them again!
