I bought it thinking it wasn’t locked, I even checked the description and details. Overall this item arrived as described (excluding the iCloud lock), packaged well, Shipping took a few days but not a lot, the price was good, and has great customer service. I would recommend this seller.

They also reassured me that they would package the receiver to a high level to prevent damage. They then offered me a better price. Bought it and the receiver was very very well packaged and protected.
