Was using an unpowered adaptor card at first, but ran into issues with SAS + SATA cables too long to contact to the drives. Works well with a TrueNAS Scale setup, recycling an old tower to hold drives. Good value; wish I got this first, instead of that unpowered adapter card.

The pricing for cards already flashed/updated AND TESTED was about the same as others charged for just used cards! The cards look great, with both tall and short brackets. I've ordered from this seller before and will/would do business in the future. I recommend his eBay and YouTube to all of my friends and associates.

Driver automatically installed. And I was able to update that with windows update. Using what I already have. Main board is an MSI B650. No issues..

He also ships quickly, and packages everything very well. As a bonus, he also has a YouTube channel covering a lot of the equipment he sells. I've purchased two of these SFF-8643 to 4x SFF-8482 cables, as well as a HBA card from him. All work flawlessly, shipped quickly, looked brand new, and came packaged better than the vast majority of other items I've ordered from other sellers.
