Because of non-delivery I had to purchase another power supply from a different, local vendor for much more money. So not only did I lose all profit on this repair, I have a power supply I don't need (and paid for!) The vendor casts the blame on ebay and USPS and I believe them. This keeps happening here on ebay more frequently. I'm really disgusted and I'm not planning on using ebay again.

The unit appears to work as intended and up to its specifications and is in overall near-mint condition. Shipping could be faster in my personal opinion. All things considered, I will likely buy from this seller again. Note that the picture is taken a month after purchase, so it's slightly dusty.
