Once I got to my destination and plugged it in, it slowly died. Messaged the shop owner, and initially they were helpful and willing to refund but then proceeded to tell me all the things I was doing wrong with this unit. (I know how to use Clairol hot rollers). My trip lasted longer that than the return window, they will not refund. No refund - Buyer Beware!!!
