Every item is official merchandise. They have a mix of new and used items. The postcards were new. This set of postcards are bright in color (good paper stock), not a single dent or other issue that can happen on transit. Better than described. Packing of the multiple items was also done w/great care for weather & distance. Excellent value, arrived quickly. I am so happy!

I was expecting this gorgeous (official) replica to be the size of a postcard or maybe a bit bigger. The length is from my wrist to my elbow! So much larger (and beautiful for it) than I could have imagined. Definitely among my favorites. It’s also an item I’d ordered separately that they included with all the other items in a carefully packed box. Item far better than described, packaged to survive anything, and an excellent value

Absolute must-have for any Black Butler fan if you can find it. Came in original packaging (unopened), colors vibrant, & might be the new favorite piece in my collection (though I collect Undertaker merch almost exclusively). Shipping came w/larger order, packed safely, as described & exceeded my expectations—actually snort-laughed then cackled when I opened it. Great value!
