Including information in the body of the description that contradicts the condition item is supposed to be in is misleading at best and fraudulent misrepresentation at worst. I offered him a full refund upon the return of the item, which only made him angrier, threatening me with a bad review (see above). At this point I am waiting on the return of the item, hopefully undamaged, so I can refund and be done with this ebayer.
