They only engaged with a copy/paste message to say that they had a technical issue that delayed shipping...then made excuses about not replying to direct messages until after I opened issues on them due to being late.

I reach out again asking them not to ship- as already requested. I get some mass message from their company about a software issue- and they shipped my order anyway. It arrived damaged. Figures.
