When we contacted the seller about the issue, she IMMEDIATELY took action to get the issue resolved and persisted until we were able to get the device transferred over to our account. Great customer service by this seller! She stands by her products!

Although the seller reluctantly agreed to a return, the provided address was in complete, and they refused to resolve the issue further. Thankfully, with the help of eBay, the matter was resolved. I would not recommend the seller due to the poor customer service.
