They asked for images and I sent everything they asked for. The seller sent a replacement right away. Initially i was really worried because I needed it for my business and wasn’t sure if they were going to give me a hard time and they didn’t. They responded right away and it all went really smooth. Highly recommend. I will definitely buy from them again.Their shipping was really fast, too.

If they have a video and they know there is a problem, why hasn't it been reported to the manufacturer to fix during assembly? A customer shouldn't have to repair a brand new item. I wonder that if something else fails will they send me another video. After getting it to turn on, it does produce good sound.
