Mistakes happen, I understand. I was refunded my money, all is well there. But when I asked if I was able to get still get the book I ordered, and I was willing to send the book they sent me back to them, I was ignored. The communication is not great at all. I’m all for giving people second chances when simple mistakes are made, but should’ve messaged back.
