Two of the drives had barely any power on hours, like new, no damage, good value. All 3 were able to pass a long SMART test just fine. Second time ordering from goHardDrive and won't be my last.

And t he 6G/s is right up there me being limited by my motherboard. Powers up (with the additional cable for PC usage) and have been transferring hugging face & safe tensors for well over a week.

Sent unit back & got a replacement in just 3 biz days! My NAS resilvered & zero issues last few days. I have 2 of these drives & overall satisfied & happy there is a 5 year seller warranty - seller is amazingly responsive & helpful.

Unfortunately, I had to return these two HDDs due to having some bad sectors but goharddrive was quick to respond, issue me a pre-paid label to ship them back and issue me a full refund! Their customer service is second to none and I will most certainly purchase from them again when I need more HDDs! Highly recommend! A+++++ seller!

I ordered two drives, and they were shipped and packaged very securely, firmly seated in foam/plastic inserts and inside antistatic bags. One of the drives was DoA, but I sent an email to GoHarddrive's customer service and had a RMA return label later the same day. These drives have a great price considering the secure packaging and warranty support included with them.

Unfortunately, one drive had bad sectors, but the seller’s response was fast and professional. Had a replacement drive in no time. I’m very impressed with the quality, appearance, and value of these drives. The seller truly cares. I’ll definitely buy from them again!
