We tried to correct it as quickly as we could but the buyer was under a time restraint so did not allow us the opportunity. We sent the parcel on time but was let down by the courier. We refunded him via ebay immediately on request and then the buyer complained to me that it can take up to 5 days to clear. Everyone at the Whitby Cobbler hopes this customer finds his replacement shoes as quickly as possible.
